Privacy is a fundamental standard of our business practice at WCC. We will protect all information provided to us in the course of business dealings and research programs undertaken by us and only use this information for the purpose for which it is collected.
WCC may collect information from clients or from potential clients who contact WCC in the course of business or who provide such information of their own free will. We may also collect information on business practices that are in the public domain. The information so collected will only be used in the conduct of business and to provide services to these clients including provision of services by contracted third parties. All such information collected is securely held by WCC.
Personal information collected on clients, including by email and for client access, will not be divulged to any third party apart from any requirement of a properly constituted regulatory body, legal authority or as may be required by law.
We use commercial website hosting services operated by Stralia Web under the most secure Internet protocols. When visiting this site a record of your visit is recorded as supplied by your browser. The information recorded includes: your server address; your top-level domain name; date and time of visit; type of browser; pages access and documents downloaded. Only properly constituted requests by a law enforcement agency or court order will result in an attempt by Stralia Web to identify users.
Conduct
As professional consultants WCC prides itself on the way in which it conducts its business. To ensure that we maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in our dealings with our clients we will:

- Provide impartial, factually-based and independent advice
- Accept those challenges that suite our expertise and to which we can add value to our clients
- Behave in a professional and honest way at all times
- Agree with our clients in advance on the basis of our professional fees
Complaints
If you believe the privacy of your personal information has been compromised or we have not conducted ourselves in a professional way you are entitled to complain.
